Carlos Silveira

Born in Calheta (Azores, Portugal) in 1980, he graduated in Geography, with specialization in Environmental Studies, by the University of Coimbra in 2006.

In 2007 he collaborated in the Environmental Services of San Jorge Island (SRAM) as monitor of the project "Eco-brigades 2007" and provided technical support under the Water Resources, Land Management and Environmental Protection.

In 2008 worked as a technical consultant in Norma Açores - Society for Research and Development Support Fund, SA. - Department of Research and Consulting (Security Division, Environment and Development) and was also responsible for Quality Control on behalf of Norma Azores in the lifting of Electrical Network of San Miguel by the CME.

Since 2010, he is working on the Land Planning and Development and Management of Water Resources at Simbiente Azores.
